Chi Kung has been shown to be effective in reducing fatigue and sleep difficulty from cancer treatment and in improving quality of life and depression issues.

The online series begins on Friday, February 19, at 9:15 a.m. Each week, the instructor will guide you through 30 minutes of Chi Kung followed by 15 minutes of meditation. You are encouraged to wear clothes you can easily move in, and it is suggested you have a chair or wall nearby for balance during some movements.
